Stacey Hulena

Stacey has been part of the legal profession since 1999 and a Registered Legal Executive since 2025.  Stacey’s career began in the banking industry and brings both long-standing industry experience in both legal and financial requirements.

In 2011, after 20 years in Wellington, Stacey and her family returned to the Manawatū and, with other family members, went on to establish an outdoor power equipment business in Palmerston North, gaining valuable firsthand experience in business ownership, operations, and customer service. This entrepreneurial background provides her with a practical understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and business clients alike.

Stacey has a particular interest in conveyancing, especially assisting first home buyers including navigating KiwiSaver withdrawals, and subdivision work.  She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.  Stacey has a detail-oriented approach to her work, likes to communicate in a straightforward and supportive manner, and believes that the law should be accessible and understandable.

Outside of work, she is a proud parent of two adult children and shares life with five much-loved “fur babies,” bringing the same care and dedication from home life into her professional relationships.
